Products which include a sight window or aperture can be potential sources of emitted or conducted radio frequency or electromagnetic interference.

By using suitable protection within the construct of these products RFI/EMC protection of 40-60 dba attenuation can be achieved.

An essential part of the screening process is the inclusion of a conductor path between the component and its mating interface. This can be achieved by allocation or natural metal contact.
